Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of aavantacraft.com and any consultation, quotation, or order placed with AavantaCraft ("we," "us," "our"). By engaging with our website or services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Business Model
AavantaCraft operates on a consultation-first, B2B model. We do not publish fixed catalogue pricing — every quotation is prepared after understanding a partner's specific product, customization, branding, and volume requirements.
2. Consultations & Quotations
A free consultation does not constitute a binding order. Quotations issued after a consultation are valid for the period stated on the quotation and are subject to confirmation of specifications, quantities, and payment terms.
3. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)
MOQs vary by product, material, and level of customization, and will be confirmed in writing before an order is finalised.
4. Customization & Branding
- Signature: Product carries the AavantaCraft brand.
- Co-Branded: Product carries both the partner's and AavantaCraft's identity.
- Client Exclusive: Product is fully customized to the partner's brand with no AavantaCraft branding.
Customization options (shape, finish, engraving, packaging) will be confirmed and, where applicable, approved via a physical or digital sample before bulk production begins.
5. Samples
Sample costs, if applicable, will be communicated before production and may be credited toward your first bulk order, at our discretion, as agreed in writing.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms (advance %, balance on dispatch, milestones, etc.) will be specified on each order confirmation. Production begins only after receipt of the agreed advance payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Lead Times & Shipping
Lead times depend on order volume and customization complexity and will be confirmed at the time of order. AavantaCraft is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural events, transport disruptions, or supplier delays.
8. Product Variation
As handcrafted wooden products, minor variations in grain, tone, and finish between units are natural and are not considered defects.
9. Intellectual Property
Any logos, trademarks, or branding assets provided by a partner remain the property of that partner and will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling their order. AavantaCraft retains ownership of its own designs, processes, and Signature-line branding.
10. Cancellations & Returns
Because most orders are custom-made to a partner's specification, cancellations after production has begun, and returns of custom-branded goods, are handled on a case-by-case basis as set out in the order confirmation.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AavantaCraft's liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in [Saharanpur / Uttar Pradesh] having exclusive jurisdiction.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
